Job description

This position encompasses much more than just the operational aspects; it involves engaging with visitors, addressing their concerns, and maintaining a friendly and energetic atmosphere. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operations of our amusement park rides.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure booth and ride operation safety by maintaining focus on equipment, guests, and team members at all times
  • Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations to all guests
  • Test ride functions and document safety inspections
  • Document ride capacity and cycles
  • Assist guests with entry and exit as necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness of immediate area
  • Inspect workstation and ride area each shift and report any safety issues immediately
  • Provide expedient and quality customer service to all guests
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • MUST be at least 16 years old
  • MUST have weekend availability; please complete candidate availability section
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Friendly outgoing personality while interacting with guests
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to react well under stressful and emergency situations
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions including extreme heat, cold, and rain
