Job Title: AMS Analyst L3 (Java)
Location: Auburn Hills, MI (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Overview:
We are urgently seeking an AMS Analyst L3 with strong technical and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Advanced Message Security (AMS) and a solid background in Java/J2EE application development and IT systems support. This is a hybrid role based in Auburn Hills, MI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 3 support for AMS-related issues.

  • Debug issues by querying system logs and identifying root causes.

  • Create operational views and flow diagrams for system functionality.

  • Monitor systems, perform operational tasks, and ensure prompt resolution of issues.

  • Manage system administration tasks such as certificate management, version tracking, and upgrade support.

  • Communicate proactively regarding outages/incidents affecting users.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.

  • Analyze incident trends to suggest improvements and reduce ticket inflow.

  • Maintain accurate technical and user documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Proven experience with AMS (Advanced Message Security).

  • Strong understanding of IT systems, integrations, and API specifications.

  • Background in Java and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
