We are seeking candidates with exceptional client relation experience who are highly motivated, and results driven. As a sales professional, you will guide clients through the entire process of purchasing a vehicle, starting from initial inquiries to the final acquisition. By establishing an engaging relationship with your guests and the ownership of their new vehicle, you will have the opportunity to earn their loyalty and secure them as a customer for life.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Understand and implement dealership sales process
  • Be responsible for every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
  • Present and demonstrate inventory
  • Review, update, and manage daily inventory reports
  • Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
  • Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
  • Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
  • Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
  • Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software

Skills and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in guest services, sales, marketing, or hospitality a major plus
