Job Description:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations, to include history, physical exam, ROS, and detailed history of symptoms s/p brain injury.
  • Create a comprehensive treatment plan to address all symptoms and update plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with Medical Assistants to ensure timely completion of prior authorization requests, requests from attorneys, and requests from patients.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail
  • Can work 3x a week
  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner
  • Tech savvy with knowledge in G-Docs, G-Sheets, etc.
  • Strong with English both written and spoken.
  • Preferably can speak Spanish
  • Ability to commute/relocate.
