Job description

Launched in 2012, Amex Offers is a digital advertising platform that connects Merchants and brands with tens of millions of American Express Card Members globally. The platform enables advertisers to reach high-spending customers through purchase-based targeting, delivering closed-loop measurement, deterministic attribution, and clear media ROI.

We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven Director of Amex Offers & Digital Media Analytics to lead the commercial analytics vision for our digital media and card-linked offers (CLO) business. This role is focused on solving complex business problems, shaping go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and owning the analytics roadmap that drives revenue growth, advertiser value, and platform adoption.

You will operate as a senior thought partner to Sales, Product, and Strategy leadership-using data and advanced analytics to influence how we price, sell, optimize, and scale our advertising solutions, including media measurement frameworks, channel performance optimization, and advertiser ROI modeling.

In addition, this role will lead the AI and advanced analytics agenda for the broader Amex Offers analytics organization-defining the vision, identifying high-impact use cases, and driving the integration of AI/ML into core commercial workflows. This includes advancing capabilities across attribution, incrementality measurement, market mix modeling (MMM), targeting, forecasting, and pricing, while partnering with Data Science and Technology teams to scale adoption and embed intelligent decisioning into day-to-day business processes.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of analytics, revenue strategy, and product innovation, with a mandate to modernize how analytics is delivered and leveraged across the organization. This role will directly shape how Amex Offers drives revenue and delivers value to advertisers by combining deep commercial analytics, structured problem solving, and leadership of AI-driven transformation to influence product strategy and go-to-market execution.

At American Express, our culture is built on a 175-year history of innovation, shared values and Leadership Behaviors, and an unwavering commitment to back our customers, communities, and colleagues. From delivering differentiated products to providing world-class customer service, we operate with a strong risk mindset, ensuring we continue to uphold our brand promise of trust, security, and service.

As part of Team Amex, you'll experience our powerful backing with comprehensive support for your holistic well-being and many opportunities to learn new skills, develop as a leader, and grow your career. Here, your voice and ideas matter, your work makes an impact, and together, you will help us define the future of American Express.

We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best. This means caring for you and your loved ones' physical, financial, and mental health, as well as providing the flexibility you need to thrive personally and professionally:

  • Competitive base salaries
  • Bonus incentives
  • 6% Company Match on retirement savings plan
  • Free financial coaching and financial well-being support
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability benefits
  • Flexible working model with hybrid, onsite or virtual arrangements depending on role and business need
  • 20+ weeks paid parental leave for all parents, regardless of gender, offered for pregnancy, adoption or surrogacy
  • Free access to global on-site wellness centers staffed with nurses and doctors (depending on location)
  • Free and confidential counseling support through our Healthy Minds program
  • Career development and training opportunities
