In this remote role, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, allowing you to create a workspace conducive to both your productivity and wellness. Our team operates within a progressive and supportive virtual environment, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to enhance patient care and communication. We prioritize work-life balance and offer a flexible schedule during standard business hours, typically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing an ideal setup for professionals who value autonomy in their practice.

• Provide individual counseling and psychotherapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans that reflect client goals, progress, and desired outcomes.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients through interviews, case histories, and clinical observations to inform treatment strategies.
• Continuously evaluate client data to identify underlying issues, recommending appropriate therapeutic interventions or referrals as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous client records and documentation, ensuring all client interactions are submitted within 24 hours to support continuity of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending mandatory trainings and workshops to refine clinical skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

Our clientele encompasses a diverse range of individuals seeking mental health support. You will work closely with clients who are interested in integrating traditional therapeutic practices with non-ordinary states of consciousness, including the use of psychedelics. Your role will involve facilitating preparation and integration sessions, helping clients navigate their experiences safely and effectively. This unique focus requires not only clinical skills but also a holistic approach that honors each individual's personal journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work (DSW) is required, along with a valid LCSW designation.
• Ability to be credentialed on insurance panels is necessary to facilitate client billing and reimbursements.
• Current malpractice insurance coverage, ensuring protection for both you and your clients during the practice.
• A commitment to maintaining a caseload of at least 10 therapy sessions per week, demonstrating your dedication to client care.
• Familiarity with digital Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms is critical for effective client management and documentation.

• Experience in integrated therapies, including knowledge of clinical counseling principles related to non-traditional healing methods.
• Previous work with clients exploring psychedelics or non-ordinary states of consciousness will be highly valued.
• A strong understanding of ethical and legal issues related to mental health practices.
• Proven ability to adapt to a telehealth environment, using technology effectively in client interactions.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience, education, and geographical location. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
