As a Nationally Permitted U.S. Customs Broker and Export Foreign Freight Forwarder, the company supports all major Automated Broker Interface programs to move cargo quickly and efficiently. Role Description The Import Export Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Moonachie, NJ. This position is responsible for managing daily import and export operations, including preparing and reviewing documentation, ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements, and coordinating shipments with carriers, warehouses, and internal logistics teams. The coordinator communicates regularly with customers to provide shipment status updates, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth flow of information and cargo. The role also involves data entry into freight and customs systems, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with colleagues to meet deadlines and service standards.   • Familiarity with U.S. Customs regulations, international shipping practices, and trade compliance standards.
  • Proficiency with office software and transportation/logistics systems; strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to prioritize multiple shipments and deadlines.
