( ON - CALL )ย  ย  ย Cook: Evening Shift: 2:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Monday-Friday ( Lunch - Dinner preparation )

Qualifications:

  • One (1) year job related experience including food preparation
  • Cooking experience is preferred or a culinary apprenticeship
  • A high School diploma or GED accepted
  • To be successful you will need to have the ability to handle multiple priorities, effective communication, be competent in organizational, time management skills and demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
  • You will also need to demonstrate your ability to serve in a team environment, detail oriented and observant.
  • Drivers license helpful to drive company vehicle

Job Description:

The housekeeper duties include laundry, operating washer and dryer, maintain and cleaning laundry room, stock supplies, fold and hanging articles. Change bedding, clean, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing common areas, living room, bedrooms, kitchen, and restrooms. Prepare coffee, assist with breakfast and lunch. Observe and notify daily events to the supervisor, and sign for delivered packages.

The cook duties prepare lunch, and dinner. Clean the kitchen, dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, sweep and mop the floor. Stock food supplies on the shelf, and in the freezers. Organize the pantry cabinet, and food areas. Distribution of linen and/or restroom supplies. Observe and notify daily events to the supervisor, and sign for packages. Occasionally, drive the company vehicle to the store for food supplies if needed.
