JOB SUMMARY
The Licensed Customer Representative position is a licensed, entry level position designed to provide experience, training and development for NMLS licensed individuals who want to establish a career as a Mortgage Consultant. This is a great role to learn and then move into a Senior Loan Officer position
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • Active NMLS Unique Identifier #
  • Active Colorado mortgage license (Additional Licenses a plus)
  • Minimal to moderate Mortgage experience/knowledge
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a PLUS
  • High School degree
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Proficient in processing, servicing, auditing
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Taking inbound customer calls to identify what the customer is looking to accomplish.
  • Completing outbound calls to customers to complete the application and move the file forward.
  • Taking a complete 1003 URLA Application
  • Setting Appointments to review Pre-Qualification
  • Following up with customers to ensure timely delivery to American Financing of all income and application documentation.
  • Meet or exceed the daily and monthly sales expectations set by management, while providing an exceptional customer experience
