Qualifications:

  • Strong relationship leader with ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a willingness to embrace new challenges

  • Confident, clear communication with an ability to influence executive leaders and drive speed in decision-making

  • Demonstrated aptitude at balancing priorities and partners while managing tight deadlines

  • Fluency with data and knowledge of visualization tools

  • Willingness to get into the details to scale learning quickly

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Finance and Finance-adjacent activities, including but not limited to leading FP&A or related functions

  • Team leadership, including experience in organizing work to leverage colleague strengths and provide development opportunities

  • Experience in driving transformational change, including setting organizational objectives, collaborating and influencing partners

  • Prior experience in or supporting technology and / or working knowledge of FinOps practices preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Drive decision support and analytics for global ETS Operations

  • Build granular and flexible insights across the six major Ops cost categories: Datacenters, Mainframe, Hardware, Software, Public Cloud, and AI Tools & Licenses

  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process transformation to increase transparency into the Ops cost base while strengthening governance

  • Evolve operating model with Technology Vendor Management to own financial due diligence and review for complex hardware and software deals

  • Perform relevant reviews for M&A transactions, ensuring integration needs for ETS are captured in terms and financials

  • Partner with Technology Business Enablement to evolve our enterprise FinOps practice, providing consumption insights into Technology Operations costs [e.g., Public Cloud, AI tools] 

  • Transform processes to analyze and communicate both results and forward-looking forecasts to ETS SLT members

  • Deliver the Long Range and Annual Plans for ETS Operations with rigor and financial discipline

  • Link Investment and Operations processes to build a clear, unified view into Total Cost of Ownership [TCO] for large, multi-year programs
