Job description

Position Overview
Amego is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead clinical services within our Adult Services programs in the Holbrook area. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing behavior analytic services, supervising clinical staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting best practices in applied behavior analysis across residential and day settings.
The Clinical Director plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality, ethical, and person-centered clinical care while partnering closely with program management, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Our Adult Services division supports individuals in residential and day programs throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight for adult residential and/or day habilitation programs.
  • Develop, review, and monitor behavior support plans and related assessments (FBAs, data analysis, progress reporting).
  • Supervise and mentor BCBAs, Behavior Clinicians, and direct care staff.
  • Ensure compliance with DDS, licensing, and organizational standards.
  • Support crisis intervention planning and implementation.
  • Analyze behavioral data to guide treatment decisions and program improvements.
  • Collaborate with families, guardians, medical providers, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Contribute to staff training initiatives and professional development.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.
  • Previous supervisory or clinical leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of DDS regulations and adult service systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and support staff development.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
