Job description

Would you like to be part of a team that is creating new ways for customers to discover and engage with Amazon? The Fuse team builds products that connect partner ecosystems to Amazon, creating new entry points for customers who haven't yet experienced what Amazon has to offer. Our products enable partners to distribute their services directly on Amazon, turning routine transactions into gateways for discovery, engagement, and long-term customer relationships.
Amazon Fuse is seeking a Product Manager to drive planning, execution, and delivery of customer experiences with team-level impact across the Fuse product portfolio. This role is embedded within the Fuse PM team and partners directly with Senior Product Managers to accelerate tactical execution of member-facing experiences. You will own end-to-end product delivery across onboarding, engagement, experimentation, and partner integrations - translating strategy into shipped results.
Key job responsibilities
Fuse Member Onboarding CX & Benefit Engagement
• Own the tactical execution strategy for member onboarding and benefit engagement CX in partnership with Prime and Prime Video
• Define Prime member segments to act on, determine which signals feed Prime/PV personalization engines and at what cadence, and own the build-or-buy decision (Tech vs. BI pipeline)
• Define and ship Fuse-held acquisition metadata (plan type, device type, acquisition context) that enables personalization for partner-acquired members with limited shopping history - mapped to PV's existing systems
• Drive the real-time triggers/signals tech design to completion, ensuring requirements are met and triggers are usable by Marketing for journey orchestration
• Partner with BIE on shared metric definitions to avoid reconciliation issues across Fuse, PV, and Prime
Fuse Vanilla Concept - Tech & Product Proliferation
• Own the product and technical proliferation of the Fuse Vanilla concept across new and existing partner integrations
• Drive maintenance, scalability, and documentation to ensure Vanilla remains the default low-friction integration path
Internal Partner Experiments
• Lead execution of early-stage Fuse experiments with internal Amazon partners, coordinating cross-functional delivery across engineering, design, BD, and operations
• Own retrospective analysis - synthesize experiment results into actionable insights and go/no-go recommendations for leadership
Product Reviews & Retrospectives
• Drive quarterly business reviews (QBRs), product retrospectives, and leadership review documents for the Fuse product portfolio
• Use data-informed analysis to distinguish between output metrics (adoption, activation) and outcome metrics (engagement, retention, business impact)
About the team
You will join a dynamic Product team within Amazon Fuse that supports each other's development and is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for both partners and customers. Fuse builds the products that connect partner ecosystems to Amazon-turning routine transactions into gateways for discovery and long-term engagement. We offer mentorship, autonomy, and opportunities to contribute to our collaborative culture while working on some of the most exciting challenges in partner distribution and AI-assisted design.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience leading engineering design projects and interacting with cross-functional teams
- • Influence without authority across engineering, design, finance, marketing, BD, legal, and operations
- • Champion exceptional customer experiences through design partnerships and direct engagement with your customer segment
- • Write effectively: PRFAQs, QBRs, product briefs, business case proposal, and retrospective documents at Amazon bar
- • Experience defining product requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics
- • Strong analytical skills - comfortable with SQL, data analysis, and A/B testing frameworks
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
- Experience working with partners through account, product or program management and business development engagements
- Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, or experience communicating results to senior leadership
- • Familiarity with customer onboarding and lifecycle engagement strategies
- • Track record of running experiments and translating results into product decisions
- • Experience managing product catalogs or platform portfolio maintenance with engineering partners
