Job description

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to build internal tools for Amazon Ads' services organization. Come join Advertising Services to deliver the unified surfaces, proactive signals, and workflow integrations that enable our teams to manage advertising customer relationships and campaigns at scale - faster, smarter, and with greater visibility than ever before.
Our service teams own customer value realization for the world's largest advertisers across every media type within Amazon Ads. As we scale, we are investing in the internal tools and integrations that allow these teams to operate more effectively - putting the right information in front of the right person at the right time, connecting the communication channels our teams already use, and enabling proactive customer management

You will own a portfolio of initiatives across this space, partnering with engineering, Salesforce developer teams, and service team leaders to deliver.
Key job responsibilities
From problem definition through launch and adoption, you own the "what," the "when," and the "how well" for your portfolio. You will:
Define product requirements by working backwards from service team needs and advertising customer outcomes
Create, manage and communicate project plans for multiple programs
Translate technical and business requirements into backlog stories
Establish and manage towards meaningful goals and milestones
Partner with engineering to deliver integrations, automation, and unified surfaces
Lead goals and milestones with our developers and builders on implementation
Own adoption metrics, feedback, and iterate post-launch
Make trade-off decisions between speed and scope, managing expectations with senior stakeholders
Facilitate team's agile practice to ensure on time delivery
