Job description

Amazon Conversational Search is the exciting new LLM-based feature in the Amazon App / Desktop to allow customers to engage with Amazon in natural language conversations. We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to deliver mission critical programs to build the leading edge infrastructure behind this experience as well as build new delightful customer experiences in this space.
Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities for the role will include:
* Running high visibility programs across multiple teams in Amazon Rufus.
* Managing stakeholders across these teams as well as senior leadership of Search and adjacent orgs.
* Mentoring and growing other technical leaders to help them scale and lead mission critical initiatives.
* Using data and key metrics, to drive improvements that enhance our operational effectiveness.

As a senior leader in this emerging critical space for Amazon, you will have exposure to teams and leaders across the entire company. You will be a part of a leading edge research and development team and will work on many aspects of the Amazon business

You will have a direct impact on our bottom line and the ability to improve things for our customers. You will have ownership and responsibility for defining and executing processes that deliver productivity for our developers and delightful experiences for our customers.

We are a part of Amazon Search focused on building a LLM-based conversational shopping experience called Rufus (search for Amazon Rufus). Our goal is to allow customers to intuitively engage with Amazon in natural language to get the most convenient shopping experience.
