• Performing analysis, designing, developing and implementing systems and software, as well as completing other project work streams and deliverables.
• Participating in the development of policies, standards and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation and use of PEGA across the enterprise.
• Translating business requirements into BPM Pega rules process commander (PRPC) technology specific system level specifications.
• Implementing PRPC solutions requiring integration of two or more platforms, operating systems and applications to reduce costs and improve the information flows.
• Developing and documenting the framework for integration and implementation for changes to technical standards.
• Review requirements and analyze to prepare solution design & technical design documents for Enterprise and Tenant Applications and implement multitenant requirements without impacting current systems feasibility and performance.
• Developing data model, UI design, database integration, services integration, PEGA IAC and work flow with PEGA components.
• utomate the existing legacy manual process using PRPC tool and make use of Pega Health Care Framework & Pega Customer Relationship Management.
• Participating in setting up a new PEGA environment and migrate the existing PEGA environments to AWS (Amazon Web Services).
• Perform upgrades from PEGA legacy versions to PEGA latest versions.
• Work on different integration components like SOAP, REST, SQL, CMIS, Java and File Services and integrate with Delta Dental internal systems & applications like MTV (Metavance), GAMMA, OSR, Salesforce, Provider Tools and Alfresco.
• Develop reports for various departments across Enterprise & Tenant applications using PRPC & Pega BIX and provide required inputs, guidance for Business Objects XI (BOXI) reports.
• Responsible for code review, unit and regression testing, code deployments between environments using Pega RAP, SVN and Jenkins tool.
• Tune the application performance with help of Performance analyzer (PAL), Pega Log Analyzer, DB Trace and other PEGA tools.
• Work on Web Services design, development using Java based frameworks through different IDE tools like Eclipse, STS (Spring Tool Suite) and involved in deployments between different environments.
• Utilize Object-oriented concepts, RDBMS tools like Oracle wherever project demands.
• Provide the impact analysis on change requests and implementing them with no impact to existing workflows and functionality
• Identify & analyze the critical issues in Production and provide the resolution.
• Coordination with offshore team members and review their deliverables for the P2E and other projects.
