The Sr.

PM will lead resource planning strategy, operational planning processes, and tool development for our global engineering organization. Partner with PMO, Finance, and functional teams to ensure data integrity, provide monthly (often weekly) updates to leadership on resource planning accuracy and tool adoption, establish validation checkpoints, communicate site exception outcomes, and align resource planning with business objectives
Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement: Document methodologies for role taxonomy, gearing ratios, and project scoping; create mandatory training modules; establish escalation paths; drive continuous improvement initiatives; and reduce reliance on manual workarounds and shadow planning tools
