Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day operations/catalog management within Amazon Vendor Central across EMEA and Australia, including purchase order management, ASIN setup, and content maintenance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot supply chain workflows including ASN submissions, PO confirmations, and compliance requirements.
  • Pull and analyze reporting across key metrics: PCOGS, shipped revenue, cancellation rates, and contribution profit - and surface actionable insights to the team.
  • Partner with internal supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve vendor chargebacks or compliance flags.
  • Track promotional calendars, deal submissions, and advertising inputs in coordination with the broader international team.
  • Monitor pricing compliance and competitive landscape across Amazon UK and AU to protect MAP integrity.
  • Support international distributor relationships through order tracking, reporting packages, and communication.
  • Assist with onboarding new retail or distribution partners.
  • Over time, take on direct ownership of assigned accounts across international retail and distribution channels.

ย Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce, international sales, retail operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort working in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to wrangle data and build clean outputs.
  • Excellent attention to detail - you catch errors before they become problems.
  • Curiosity about international markets and how consumer brands operate across different geographies.
  • Clear, professional communication skills; comfortable coordinating across time zones with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-starter mentality - you can manage your own workload, flag issues early, and find answers when things aren't fully defined.
  • Able to travel 2-3 times per year depending on business need.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with CRM systems.

Desire Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central - familiarity with 1P operations strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with international logistics concepts (Incoterms, DDP/DAP/EXW, HBL/MBL, GS1 compliance).
  • Experience with UK, EU or Australian retail markets.
  • Exposure to supply chain portals or order management platforms.
  • Background in consumer goods, sporting goods, or outdoor/lifestyle categories.
  • Competency with integrating AI into daily processes to drive efficiency, analytics.
