Multiple Positions Available:
1.Analyze and optimize the network capacity of multiple last-mile delivery stations by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, design, process engineering, launch, start-up, and sales and operations planning, to build consensus and develop short-term, mid-term, and long-term capacity strategies. 2. Provide technical leadership and guidance for large-scale engineering projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery. 3. Formulate and apply advanced mathematical modeling techniques to shape and drive innovative retail initiatives, leveraging analytical models to perform predictive modeling on the operational success of new product and/or market rollouts, ultimately enhancing the customer experience. 4. Gather input and statistical data from Amazon's operations, logistics, product development, and fulfillment divisions, perform comprehensive analysis, and provide management with solutions to improve customer experience and market acquisition. 5. Utilize statistical analysis to construct complex models that accurately represent and forecast vendor relationships, enabling efficient allocation of internal resources, such as logistics, fulfillment, and product development. 6. Collaborate with key senior leaders to drive informed decision-making processes, providing management with solutions to enhance customer experience and market acquisition. 7. Actively drive progress across multiple parallel efforts, independently managing priorities and fostering effective relationships with other teams to deliver results efficiently. 8. Hold partner teams accountable for the delivery of project roadmaps, owning a part of the vision for the next-generation delivery station roadmap, including execution, and ensuring adherence to defined milestones and delivery dates. 9. Work closely with partner teams in Robotics, Engineering, and Operations to develop and deliver impactful products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. 10. Domestic or international travel up to 10% to perform role responsibilities may be required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Civil), Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field, and one year of experience in the job offered, Operations Engineer, Project Engineer, or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Civil), Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field, and three years of post-baccalaureate professional experience in the job offered, Operations Engineer, Project Engineer, or a related occupation. Must have 1 year(s) of experience in the following : 1. Experience in Supply Chain Management, network design and Logistics operations. 2. Advanced Excel modeling skills for large-scale supply chain and e-commerce network optimization. 3. Knowledge of data analysis platforms including Red-shift, Python, or equivalent statistical software. 4. Proficiency in statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques. 5. Proven ability to implement mathematical optimization and operations research methodologies. 6. Demonstrated success in managing high-volume operational events and strategic planning initiatives. 7. Experience in leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and product departments. 8. Proven ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups, executing complex project roadmaps with definable deliverables. 9. Experienced in technical writing and leadership presentations. 10. Understanding of robotics systems integration within operational environments.
The pay range for this position in Bellevue, WA is $112466 - $114900 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
