Job Description Summary:The Manager, Ecommerce - Amazon will own and drive the end-to-end performance of the Amazon US & Canada business across multiple beauty brands and a large SKU portfolio. This role has full P&L responsibility and is accountable for topline growth, profitability, operational excellence, and retail media performance across Vendor Central and Seller Central. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong leadership, analytical rigor, and deep Amazon expertise.Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesFull P&L Ownership
  • Own end-to-end P&L for Amazon US & CA across multiple beauty brands and a large SKU portfolio

  • Drive sustainable topline growth while maintaining profitability through cost optimization, pricing discipline, and advertising ROI management

  • Forecast sales, manage budgets, and track performance against financial targets

Product Portfolio & Assortment Management
  • Manage multi-brand product portfolios including item setup, new launches, discontinuations, pricing strategy, and assortment optimization

  • Lead launch planning and execution across Vendor Central and Seller Central, developing launch playbooks that drive strong rankings within weeks of launch

  • Monitor category trends and competitive landscape to inform assortment decisions

Listing Optimization & SEO
  • Own product detail page (PDP) optimization including titles, bullets, descriptions, images, A+ Content, and Brand Stores

  • Develop and execute SEO and keyword strategies to maximize discoverability, conversion, and category share

  • Manage merchant plans and continuously optimize content based on performance data

Promotional & Event Management
  • Lead planning and execution of Amazon Deals & Promotions, including Prime Day, BFCM, and Holiday

  • Align promotions with advertising strategy and inventory planning to maximize event performance

  • Deliver strong event results, targeting significant YoY sales growth

Retail Media & Advertising Strategy
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP campaigns

  • Manage multi-million-dollar advertising budgets with a focus on full-funnel performance and ROI

  • Partner closely with Amazon Ads account teams and SAS to refine strategy using consumer insights and category trends

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Lead and develop an 4 cross-functional team across marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain

  • Set clear KPIs, performance expectations, and development plans

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align execution with commercial and brand objectives

Qualifications & RequirementsExperience
  • 4+ years of ecommerce experience with deep focus on Amazon

  • Proven ownership of Amazon P&L with responsibility for revenue growth and profitability

  • Strong experience managing large SKU assortments and multi-brand portfolios (beauty or CPG preferred)

  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale Amazon advertising budgets and retail media strategy

Skills & Expertise
  • Deep understanding of Amazon algorithms, SEO, merchandising, and retail media ecosystem
