Job description

Come build scalable, authentic learning experiences that will shape the next generation of engineers and project managers across Amazon Robotics (AR). We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer (continuous learning & development) to join the Transformative Learning Solutions team.
The Learning Experience Designer will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and immersive learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients and learners.

The successful candidate will have a passion for learning design, a creative mindset, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles. He or she will have a minimum of 5 years experience in instructional design or a related field, with a strong track record of creating impactful learning experiences.
Key job responsibilities
* Collaborate with subject matter experts and project stakeholders to identify learning objectives and performance goals.
* Conduct needs analysis and learning assessments to identify performance gaps and recommend learning solutions.
* Design and develop learning solutions, including technical documentation, job-aids, reference materials, e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, videos, simulations, and other interactive content.
* Design and develop skills-based learning programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
* Apply instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
* Evaluate the effectiveness solutions through assessments, feedback, and metrics, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
* Ensure learning solutions are aligned with the overall learning strategy and business objectives.
* Develop and manage project timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of learning solutions.
* Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of learning materials.
* Conduct thorough research on industry trends and best practices in learning experience design to ensure the development of impactful learning programs.
* Provide guidance and support to other LXDs on instructional design methodologies, learning experience best practices, and emerging trends in the field.
