Company Description
As an Authorized Delivery Service Partner to Amazon, Package Squad LLC is actively seeking full-time and part-time Delivery Drivers (Amazon Packages) to join our team in delivering an ever-growing volume of Amazon inventory. We are a new company that anticipates steady growth; as such, there will be ample opportunities for advancement as we continue to exceed expectations!
Job Description
Full-Time Position: 4-6 days a week - 10 hours per day (after 4 days it counts as EXTRA HOURS/Overtime!)
Part-Time Position: 2-3 days a week - 10 hours per day
The ideal Delivery Drivers (Amazon Packages) will be responsible for:
  • Operating commercial motor vehicles in a fast-paced work environment where you will be tasked with swiftly and safely delivering packages according to a daily, new route schedule while providing top-tier customer service
  • Making upwards of 200 deliveries per day
  • Working independently while equipped with the resources necessary to meet team goals - resources include brand new Step Vans and innovative GPS technology
  • Loading 19.500 lb step vans (quickly and accurately)
  • Lifting packages up to 50 lbs in weight
  • Maintaining enthusiasm for the constant experience and knowledge gained in the expanding logistics/e-commerce industry

The ideal Delivery Drivers (Amazon Packages) should meet the following requirements:
  • Be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license
  • Pass a four-panel drug test
  • Be physically able to handle getting in and out of a vehicle throughout the day
  • Be punctual and have excellent time management skills
  • Have some degree of experience with larger vehicles (no Commercial Driver's License is required, though preferred)
  • Available for an increased workload and overtime during the week of Prime Day and peak/holiday season (November through end of December)

Though we plan to offer fixed work schedules, delivery drivers must also be flexible, e.g., even if they are not routinely scheduled for it, weekend availability will be required
