This hybrid role requires on-site presence at the Norcross HQ twice per week.

We are seeking highly motivated DevOps people to join a small, fast-moving DevOps team responsible for building, automating, securing, and operating cloud-native solutions on the AWS platform.
This role requires both strong engineering discipline and software development capability. Our DevOps people are expected to think like developers, automate like platform engineers, and solve complex infrastructure and application problems with ingenuity and ownership.
You will work on enterprise-scale systems supporting large utility and financial organizations with strict compliance and security requirements, including SOC 2 Type II, PCI, PII, and occasional HIPAA-regulated environments.

We are looking for DevOps People who
• Have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or similar degree.
• Comfortable learning rapidly in evolving environments
• Passionate about automation and operational excellence
• Able to troubleshoot and solve difficult technical problems independently
• Strong communicators who work well internal and external technical teams
• Willing to take ownership of systems, deployments, and outcomes
Successful candidates must be capable of bridging both worlds of software and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform
• Develop automation tooling and internal platforms using Python, Go, and C#
• Support and improve CI/CD and deployment workflows
• Design and maintain secure cloud architecture
• Implement and troubleshoot authentication and federation technologies such as SAML and OIDC
• Support enterprise-grade Amazon Connect deployments and integrations
• Work with engineering teams to improve developer workflows and platform reliability
• Participate in operational support, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution
• Contribute to AI-assisted development and automation initiatives leveraging LLM technologies
Preferred Experience
• Experience working in regulated enterprise environments
• Familiarity with AWS networking, security, IAM, WAF, and CloudFront
• Experience with GitHub and/or Azure DevOps pipelines and repositories
• Understanding of infrastructure automation and platform engineering concepts
• Experience supporting customer-facing enterprise systems
• Exposure to contact center technologies or Amazon Connect is a plus
