Position: Expert Professionals - Operations
Type: Contract
Compensation: $80–$110/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

  • Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in Operations-related topics.
  • Design challenging, domain-relevant tasks across multiple specializations and write accurate, well-structured solutions to Operations problems.
  • Evaluate operational tasks and solutions and provide clear, written feedback.
  • Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 8+ years of dedicated professional experience in Operations leadership at a recognized organization (e.g., Amazon, Google, Apple, Meta, Uber, Airbnb, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey Operations Practice, GE, P&G, DoorDash, Stripe, or a comparable enterprise or high-growth company).
  • Demonstrable career progression into senior operations leadership (e.g., Operations Manager → Director of Operations → VP of Operations or COO track).
  • Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours/week during weekdays.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills.
