This position will be responsible for both IT support and e-commerce operations, including:
  •  Provide daily support for company computers, printers, phones, network, software, and Microsoft 365,Google suite 
  •  Maintain and support our ERP system and inventory management
  •  Support EDI connections, dropshipping, and system integrations with customers and vendors. 
  •  Manage and maintain our Shopify website, Woo Commerce website and TikTok Shop etc.
  •  Manage online product listings, updates, promotions, and e-commerce activities. 
  •  Manage Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing activities. 
  •  Monitor website traffic, online sales, and digital marketing performance. 
  •  Troubleshoot system and e-commerce issues and work with outside vendors when needed. 
  •  Support other technology and business system needs as required. 
Qualifications
  •  2+ years of experience in IT support, e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field. 
  •  Strong computer troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
  •  Experience with ERP systems, inventory, EDI, e-commerce, or dropshipping preferred. 
  •  Experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Google Ads, or SEO preferred. 
  •  Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Excel. 
  •  Able to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities in a small-company environment. 
  •  Good communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
