About Us

We are a growing e-commerce portfolio company operating two consumer brands:

  • Stash Proof – Premium vacuum seal bags, smell-proof bags, and storage products.
  • Audio Icon – Recording accessories and creator-focused products for musicians, podcasters, streamers, and content creators.

This is an Amazon-first role, with Shopify and Walmart serving as additional sales channels. You will work directly with management to support marketplace operations, advertising, inventory planning, customer retention, and day-to-day e-commerce activities.

Position Overview

As our E-Commerce Operations & Growth Specialist, you will serve as the primary day-to-day operator across Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart. Your focus will be to keep our marketplaces running efficiently, improve advertising performance, maintain accurate product listings, support customer retention efforts, manage inventory planning, and provide actionable reporting that helps drive growth.

Strategic decisions such as purchasing, pricing, vendor relationships, and major product launches remain with management. Your role is to provide the execution, analysis, and recommendations that support those decisions.

Key Responsibilities: Amazon Advertising & Marketplace Growth

  • Manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
  • Review search term reports and implement keyword and negative keyword strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance and improve ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, and overall profitability
  • Identify opportunities to improve organic rankings and marketplace visibility

Shopify & Amazon Seller Central Management

  • Maintain and improve Amazon listings, A+ Content, images, keywords, and product detail pages
  • Monitor listing health, suppressed listings, and account performance
  • Coordinate listing updates and product launches
  • Maintain accurate product listings and content
  • Support promotions, product updates, and merchandising initiatives

CRM, Email & Customer Retention

  • Build, organize, and optimize CRM systems
  • Create customer segments and audience groups
  • Develop and manage email and SMS marketing workflows
  • Support customer retention and repeat-purchase initiatives

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and present a weekly performance report covering:

Customer Service Support

  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries across marketplace and e-commerce channels
  • Assist with resolving customer issues, returns, reviews, and order-related concerns
  • Help maintain a positive customer experience and brand reputation

Light Creative Support

  • Create or edit simple marketing assets and product content using Canva or Adobe tools (Photoshop/Illustrator)
  • Update listing images, advertisements, packaging files, and promotional materials as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience with documented results
  • Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon FBA
  • Experience managing Amazon Ads campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
  • Experience with Shopify and e-commerce marketplace operations
  • Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing, and SMS marketing workflows
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Comfortable learning and working within Odoo or similar ERP systems
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Ability to make light creative edits to product listings, advertisements, packaging files, and marketing materials
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and follow through with minimal supervision
