About Us

MyPowerSports is a growing retailer of powersports parts, apparel, and accessories. We're looking for a hands-on FBA specialist to manage our Amazon fulfillment operations, with the opportunity to grow into a full management role as our Amazon business expands.

About the Role

This position starts as a specialist-level role focused on the day-to-day mechanics of getting inventory into Amazon's fulfillment network correctly and efficiently, with a clear path to grow into managing the FBA function as you build expertise with our processes and metrics. You'll work closely with our team to keep shipments moving, resolve issues, and help build out our FBA and Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) operations.

Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and send inbound shipments to Amazon FBA

  • Monitor shipment statuses and resolve discrepancies with Amazon Seller Central

  • Prepare inventory for LTL (less-than-truckload) shipments to fulfillment centers

  • Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts

  • Assist with FBA returns and removal orders as needed

  • Support Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) shipments and processes

  • Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records in Google Sheets

  • Learn and apply Amazon performance metrics and demand forecasting (training provided)

  • Operate with minimal supervision while meeting shipping deadlines

Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, specifically sending shipments to FBA

  • Required proficiency with Google Sheets

  • Previous experience preparing LTL shipments

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to lift 50 lb boxes repeatedly throughout the shift

  • Ability to stand/be on your feet for most of the workday

Nice to Have
  • Experience with FBA returns

  • Experience with FBA removal orders

  • Experience with Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) — big plus

  • Forklift certification

  • Familiarity with other inventory/Seller Central tools
