Job description

We have immediate, fully funded openings for 6 Software Developers and 1 Systems Engineer with an active Full Scope Poly clearance in Herndon, VA.

The team shall consist of developers that have professional work experience with cloud technologies and application development. The team shall, at a minimum, possess the following experience:

  • Sponsors cloud environment services
  • Object oriented programming
  • Jenkins
  • Configuration Management tools
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and ability to engineer within an agile framework
  • Familiarity with Git and JIRA

Here is a snapshot of the desired experience/skills:

  • Engineers that have professional work experience with HCI platforms, automation, documentation creation, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with multiple hypervisors, to include VMWare, Hyper-V, and AHV.
  • HCI platform deployments, transitions from legacy platforms, and sustainment maintenance/administration (preferably with Nutanix).
  • Experience or familiarity with implementing globally-dispersed hosting platforms across network-constrained environments.
  • Ability to systematically analyze environmental variables and determine optimal architectures for platform services.
  • Cloud technology (preferably with Amazon Web Services). Experience with Sponsor's cloud environment services.
  • Configuration Management tools.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and ability to engineer within an Agile framework.
  • Familiarity with Git and JIRA tools.
