We're looking for motivated, hardworking, customer-focused individuals, with a positive attitude who want to join our team driving a company van delivering Amazon packages in Southern Massachusetts and surrounding communities.

The onboarding process starts immediately, the training is done right away.

As a Delivery Associate (DA) for BDL LOGISTICS Inc a DSP team For Amazon, it will be your job to exceed customer expectations and make sure all orders are safely delivered on time, to the right location, with a pleasant greeting.

Successful DA's work well with other team members, are willing to help, work to accomplish assigned tasks with a positive attitude, and have a willingness to tackle any challenge with enthusiasm.


General Responsibilities:

  • Interact in a positive and a professional manner with customers, the general public, and other team members while performing duties and delivering products to customers' homes, retail, and business locations.
  • Use company issued phone with designated apps to accurately deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles. Able to set up accounts and use company designated applications and company email.
  • Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road.
  • Safely maneuver company van.
    • To avoid incidents or accidents with other vehicles or other's property.
    • In all weather conditions, and in the evening with limited visibility/darkness.
  • May assist in training other team members- opportunities for advancement.
