Position: HR Specialist III - AMZ15055.12
Location: Spartanburg, SC
Multiple Positions Available:
1. Process and coordinate global compensation programs, including annual compensation planning cycles, promotion reviews, and incentive plan and local compensation implementations.
2. Implement and maintain compensation programs and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance requirements across multiple regions.
3. Partner with cross-functional teams to execute compensation initiatives, providing technical support for global compensation and promotion processes.
4. Review and validate complex compensation adjustments, incentive plans, and local compensation programs according to established guidelines.
5. Analyze compensation data and create comprehensive reports to drive program improvements and ensure market competitiveness.
6. Develop standard operating procedures for compensation-related processes, ensuring consistent program delivery and quality control.
7. Monitor compensation program effectiveness through metrics and feedback, implementing process improvements and automation solutions.
8. Domestic travel up to 10% to perform role responsibilities may be required
(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $113300 - $160000)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior or related discipline and 3 years of experience in job offered or Human Resources related occupation.
Experience must include:
1. 3 years of experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
2. 3 years of experience in working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
3. 3 years of experience in program or project management.
