Human Resources (HR) Manager


This is a HR Manager role at division of a Global Manufacturing Company. This is a 400+ person non-union site, needing a HR Manager to lead strategic HR efforts, while managing a team of 7 HR Generalists, Payroll and Benefits Coordination


Core Responsibilities

  • Manage HR functions such as improving employee turnover, improved employee communications, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Partner with plant leadership to shape HR outcomes, ensuring policies in line with objectives and corporate standards.
  • Oversee compensation/ and benefits administration and workforce retention strategies to ensure long-term stability
  • Manage Payroll, onboarding, FMLA, benefits administration and general HR policies.

Candidate Requirements

  • 7+ years experience as a Human Resources Generalist or HR Manager.
  • Preference of prior HR experience in a Manufacturing environment.
  • Well rounded experience in hiring, employee communications, conflict resolution and payroll
  • Experience in FMLA, Benefits administration, HR Policy improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or a related field.
