Job description

The Clinical Customer Care Team is an extension of the Customer Care Team. Pharmacists on the Clinical Customer Care Team act as the customer facing pharmacist and are the main source of clinical knowledge for our customers and for the Customer Care team.
Candidates must have an active Registered Pharmacist license with the Arizona Board of Pharmacy. Must reside in the state of Arizona and be able to commute to and complete all shifts from the Phoenix office. Must obtain a Minnesota pharmacist license within 90 days of being hired into this role.
Key job responsibilities
• Speaking with customers over the phone, chat and via email about issues, including but not limited to drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, new medication counseling, and drug omission counseling
• Supporting Customer Care and Clinical Customer Care team members with questions that need to be answered
• Researching and completing customer requests via our task based system. These tasks can include but are not limited to reviewing shipments for completeness and clinical risk, providing OTC recommendation, assisting with regulatory requirements, and responding to customer callback requests
• Investigating, reporting, and speaking with customers and prescribers about potential Medication Related Events and PHI breaches
• Researching and recommending OTC products for customers
• Speaking with customers and addressing complaints
• Completing miscellaneous tasks as needed. These tasks can include but are not limited to prescription transfers, speaking with medical offices, verifying prescriptions, and completing various billing related tasks
• Maintain an advanced understanding of all Amazon Pharmacy's policies and procedures as well as products and services
• Maintain confidentiality of all customer information
• Collaboration with teammates and other teams
• Customer centric and commitment to quality
• Participation in personal growth and development
About the team
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Science, or Doctor of Pharmacy in PharmD, or Doctor of Pharmacy
- Knowledge of pharmacy laws and federal/state regulations concerning patient care
- Knowledge of Knowledge of Windows desktop environment and use of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc
- Can have an active and unrestricted pharmacist license in your state of employment (additional licenses may be required)
- Active Registered Pharmacist license with the AZ Board of Pharmacy, and ability to obtain a MN license within 90 days from date of hire.
- Ability to apply clinical knowledge to customer situations in real time
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively identify areas in needs of improvement
- Ability to work within and navigate between multiple pharmacy systems
- Critical thinking providing out-of-the-box solutions

- Flexible, ability to adapt to change, and adjust to changing demands
- You may be required to obtain additional pharmacist licenses
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years experience in a retail or mail order pharmacy setting
- Active Pharmacist license with the MN Board of Pharmacy

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
