We are seeking a highly analytical, growth-driven, and execution-focused Multichannel Marketplace & Paid Ads Lead to own and scale revenue performance across Amazon, Walmart, paid media, and marketplace growth channels.

Position Overview

The Multichannel Marketplace & Paid Ads Lead will own end-to-end performance across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and paid advertising channels.

This role is responsible for:

  • Marketplace listing optimization and compliance
  • Amazon and Walmart revenue growth
  • Paid media performance across multiple channels
  • Brand storefront optimization
  • Organic ranking improvement
  • Influencer and creator coordination for Amazon
  • Performance marketing strategy and execution

The ideal candidate combines strong marketplace management expertise, paid advertising experience, and a data-driven mindset.


Key Responsibilities

Amazon & Walmart Marketplace Ownership

  • Own revenue growth for Amazon and Walmart Marketplace channels
  • Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon and Walmart
  • Launch, optimize, and maintain listings for new and existing SKUs
  • Resolve listing suppression, compliance issues, and catalog health challenges
  • Improve product discoverability, keyword ranking, and conversion rates
  • Monitor category trends, competitor activity, and marketplace opportunities
  • Ensure channel compliance and platform best practices are maintained
  • Manage storefront optimization, category navigation, and customer experience

Listing Management & Optimization

  • Optimize titles, bullets, backend keywords, descriptions, and enhanced content
  • Improve listing health scores and marketplace quality metrics
  • Coordinate creation and optimization of:
    • Lifestyle images
    • Product videos
    • Infographics
    • A+ Content / Premium A+ Content
    • Amazon Brand Store and Walmart Storefront updates
  • Continuously refresh listings based on performance data and algorithm changes

Paid Advertising Ownership

  • Own and optimize paid media performance across:
    • Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display
    • Walmart Connect Ads
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    • YouTube Ads
    • LinkedIn Ads
  • Develop campaign strategies to drive:
    • Customer acquisition
    • Upsells and cross-sells
    • Higher average order value
    • Improved ROAS and efficiency
  • Monitor daily ad performance and budget pacing
  • Conduct A/B testing across creative, landing pages, audiences, and offers
  • Build reporting dashboards and provide actionable insights

Influencer & Creator Management

  • Manage Amazon Influencer and Creator relationships
  • Identify and recruit influencers aligned with the Herbal Goodness brand
  • Coordinate creator content, UGC campaigns, and marketplace amplification
  • Track engagement, conversions, and campaign effectiveness

Performance & Analytics

  • Analyze performance across all channels and identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor key marketplace and advertising metrics
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Recommend data-backed improvements to increase profitability and scale
  • Collaborate with operations, inventory, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure alignment

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 48+ years of experience managing Amazon Marketplace and/or Walmart Marketplace
  • Proven success in growing marketplace revenue for consumer brands
  • Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center
  • Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Amazon and digital channels
  • Deep understanding of listing optimization, SEO, conversion optimization, and marketplace compliance
  • Experience with:
    • Amazon A+ Content
    • Brand Stores
    • Product ranking strategies
    • Paid acquisition funnels
    • Marketplace troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Comfortable working with performance dashboards and KPI ownership

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in supplements, wellness, CPG, or health brands
  • Familiarity with influencer or creator marketing
  • Knowledge of Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, Pacvue, Perpetua, or similar tools
  • Experience managing Google, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn paid campaigns
  • Shopify experience preferred
