You will be responsible for auditing client accounts and developing comprehensive strategies tailored to their goals so that Account Managers can successfully implement. From onboarding new clients to guiding existing ones through performance challenges and growth opportunities, you will serve as a trusted advisor and partner in their success journey.

What Youll Do:

  • Play a key role in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and clear alignment on objectives and expectations.
  • Participate in regular client calls to develop, maintain and improve the client relationship.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of client goals, needs, and market positioning to inform strategic direction.
  • Identify accounts with the highest growth potential and strategize approaches to maximize their performance.
  • Perform comprehensive account audits, evaluating performance metrics, competitive landscape, and market trends.
  • Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) to guide data-driven strategy recommendations.
  • Develop customized brand strategies aligned with client objectives, target audiences, and competitive dynamics.
  • Leverage data insights and industry best practices to drive brand growth, visibility, and long-term performance.
  • Create clear, actionable reports summarizing audit findings, strategic recommendations, and execution plans.
  • Present and explain strategic recommendations to Clients and Account Managers, addressing questions and aligning on next steps.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine and finalize strategies, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding.
  • Continuously analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities and improve results.
  • Proactively iterate on strategies based on performance metrics, market shifts, and client feedback to drive sustained growth.
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings, addressing any issues promptly through management to ensure quick resolution and maintain momentum on projects.
