Job description

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the Alexa+ Enterprise Business Development team as a Technical Business Development Manager, focused on developing innovative partnerships with leading enterprise brands across the Hospitality, Senior Living, and other market segments. As a Technical Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving Alexa+ growth through direct enterprise partnerships for commercial deployment across a diverse set of industries.
In this role, you will own enterprise brand relationships within target segments and scale the adoption of Alexa+ Enterprise solutions. You will engage directly with key stakeholders to build executive relationships, communicate the Alexa+ value proposition, and secure customer commitments

Your ability to navigate complex enterprise environments, manage multi-stakeholder dynamics, and own deals from initial engagement through execution will be essential to success.
You will work collaboratively with internal teams across product, engineering, legal, finance, and marketing to secure alignment, remove blockers, and ensure successful execution of partnership and deal requirements. You will dive deep to understand customer objectives, conduct technical analysis to inform roadmap prioritization, and deliver concise, actionable feedback that enables decision-making.
You are a strong dealmaker with technical credibility who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You are comfortable engaging at the executive level, can navigate complex commercial and technical negotiations, and have a proven track record of closing enterprise deals and driving revenue growth

You bring solid business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions-both internally and externally. Experience in Hospitality, Senior Living, or related industries is a plus.
Key job responsibilities
Own and develop Alexa+ Enterprise relationships with leading brands within target segments.
Engage prospective enterprise customers to communicate the Alexa+ Enterprise value proposition and ROI. Negotiate and secure enterprise commitments and commercial agreements.
Identify and secure integration partnerships to improve product utility and enable new enterprise use cases.
Build strong cross-functional relationships and drive alignment across internal stakeholders including product, engineering, legal, finance, marketing, and executive leadership to remove blockers and accelerate deal execution.
Communicate voice of customer (VOC) insights to product and engineering teams to inform the product roadmap and drive product improvement.
Support pipeline prioritization by factoring in integration readiness, product availability, technical dependencies, and other operational constraints to maximize conversion and long-term value.
Represent Alexa+ Enterprise externally at industry events, customer meetings, and brand engagements to build Amazon's presence and expand the enterprise pipeline.
