Senior Software Adoption Manager

Nvidia

Full-time

Job description

NVIDIA has a unique legacy of innovation fueled by great technology and incredible people. Today, we're tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. Doing what's never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world's best talent. As an NVIDIAN, you'll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work and make a lasting impact on the world! To drive revenue growth and adoption of our AI software offerings across enterprise customers in North America, we are hiring for a Senior Software Adoption Manager.

NVIDIA's software business is scaling quickly, and we're looking for a Senior Software Adoption Manager to help accelerate that growth across key verticals in North America. This is a full-time position that blends sales, consulting, and business development. It sits at the intersection of NVIDIA's AI software platform, our ecosystem of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) members, and NVIDIA Cloud Partners (NCPs), and the enterprise customers those partners serve. As a Senior Software Adoption Manager, you'll map customer business challenges to AI workloads to NVIDIA software, then work through partners to turn those solutions into scalable, repeatable go-to-market (GTM) plays. You'll help customers accelerate adoption of NVIDIA software, guide integration into partner and ISV solutions, promote vertical use cases and validated patterns, and scale what works across the ecosystem. This is not a traditional sales role - you're the person who makes the ecosystem produce outcomes that neither NVIDIA nor partners can produce alone.

What you'll be doing:

  • Accelerate adoption and expansion of NVIDIA AI Enterprise software - including NVIDIA AI Enterprise, Run:AI, Omniverse, NIMs (NVIDIA Inference Microservices), and NVIDIA open models.

  • Embed into partner sales teams (ISVs, OEMs, NPNs, NCPs) as the NVIDIA software Subject Matter Expert (SME), enabling partners to position, sell, and deliver NVIDIA-powered AI solutions to mutual enterprise customers.

  • Translate customer business use cases to AI workloads and then to NVIDIA software solutions, building compelling solution architectures in partnership with technical and field teams.

  • Develop joint GTM plays with ecosystem partners that turn vertical wins into replicable, scalable playbooks.

  • Engage strategic and named accounts to deepen adoption, expand usage, and - where possible - help customers build and monetize their own AI-powered services.

  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and deal progression for your vertical coverage area within NVIDIA's sales methodology.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by building deep vertical expertise in assigned use cases, and communicating those insights back to NVIDIA Product and Segment leadership.

  • Deliver structured field intelligence through clear reporting: what's working, what's not, and what's making measurable impact.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 12+ years in enterprise software sales, business development, consulting, or a hybrid of these, with a consistent track record of measurable outcomes.

  • Demonstrated experience engaging through and with ecosystem partners: ISVs, OEMs, or channel/solution partners.

  • Strong ability to connect business problems to technical solutions - comfortable leading both executive business conversations and workload-level discovery.

  • Value-selling rigor: able to build executive business cases and lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

  • Project management instincts with the ability to orchestrate multiple moving pieces across customers, partners, and internal teams.

  • Ability to travel domestically 25-40% as needed.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, GPU-accelerated computing, or enterprise AI platforms.

  • Experience with software supporting large language models (LLMs), inference microservices, cluster management, or adjacent technologies.

  • Background in AI adoption, technical enablement, or solution consulting.

  • Experience structuring and closing large enterprise software or platform agreements.

  • Prior work in ISV-led or partner-led GTM motions.

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.

Applications for this job will be accepted at least until May 9, 2026.
