Job description

We are a growing consumer products company with a strong presence across major e-commerce platforms and direct-to-consumer channels. The business operates across multiple product categories and sales channels, with a focus on building scalable infrastructure to support continued growth.

We are looking for a Revenue Manager to take ownership of the company’s revenue cycle and accounts receivable function. This role sits within the accounting team and will play a key part in ensuring accurate revenue reporting, strong cash flow visibility, and operational efficiency across multiple sales channels.

Revenue Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full order-to-cash cycle including invoicing, collections, and cash application
  • Manage accounts receivable aging and proactively drive collections on outstanding balances
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing across all sales channels
  • Reconcile revenue across platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other marketplaces
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to chargebacks, deductions, returns, and platform fees
  • Support proper revenue recognition in line with company policy and accounting standards
  • Lead AR and revenue-related activities during month-end close
  • Prepare reconciliations for revenue, deferred revenue, and accounts receivable
  • Analyze revenue trends, collections performance, and variances
  • Utilize NetSuite for AR management, reporting, and reconciliations
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive automation across billing and collections
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Customer teams to resolve billing issues
  • Support audit requests and maintain proper documentation of revenue processes

Revenue Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, revenue accounting, or order-to-cash functions
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer products environments strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite is a plus
  • Exposure to Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or similar platforms is a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of high-volume transactional environments and reconciliations
