Do you have experience managing multiple client accounts in a digital marketing or agency environment? We're hiring Full-Time Client Account Managers to join our fast-growing agency serving medical and legal practices.
**To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must currently reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia.
What You'll Do
  • Manage 30-50+ client accounts as the main point of contact
  • Lead client support and strategy calls
  • Oversee projects, timelines, and deliverables
  • Help build and manage marketing funnels and automations
  • Identify and recommend upsell opportunities when appropriate
  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams via Slack
