Attorney - Const. Defense, PI, Gen. Liab., Prof Liab. - Amazing Established (25+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking an Attorney for  Construction Defect in Sacramento, CA
An established firm based in Sacramento with over 25 years in practice is seeking a Construction Attorney with 1-10+ years of experience to join their team onsite or hybrid. This Attorney will have experience in construction defect, professional liability, and/ or general liability litigation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients throughout the litigation process.
 
Offer:
$110,000 - $200,000, contingent on experience
Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and a competitive bonus structure.
 
Qualifications:
The candidate must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
They must have an active license to practice law in California.
The ideal candidate will have 1-10+ years of experience in construction  defect, personal injury, professional liability litigation, or related areas.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required. 
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are essential.
Billables are contingent on base and experience. 
 
Responsibilities:
The attorney will represent clients in personal injury cases, providing legal advice and support throughout the litigation process.
They will draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
They will conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and prepare for trial.
The attorney will collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop effective case strategies. They will manage case files and maintain accurate records of case progress and documentation.
Attendance at court hearings, depositions, and mediations will be required.
The attorney will communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation.
