Travel Sellers Solution Consultant

Job Summary

We are evolving our presales organization to meet the next generation of travel distribution, powered by AI, data, and modern digital platforms. You will partner with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to shape customer solutions while building deep expertise in the travel ecosystem, airline retailing, and next‑generation distribution models.

Responsibilities
  • Lead customer discovery and solution design sessions.
  • Conduct discovery sessions leveraging data‑driven and AI‑assisted insights.
  • Analyze customer challenges using structured frameworks and digital tools.
  • Build initial solution hypotheses using modern tooling, automation, and analytics.
  • Translate business problems into innovative, scalable solution architectures.
  • Define solutions incorporating API‑based architectures, NDC / modern distribution models, data and AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align on future‑ready solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce automation, personalization, and intelligence.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve proposal quality and speed, build smarter solution narratives, and enhance customer insights.
  • Contribute to evolving AI‑enabled presales methodologies and continuously test new tools.
  • Deliver compelling demos that emphasize business outcomes vs product features, using data, scenarios, and storytelling.
  • Develop lightweight prototypes or proof‑of‑concepts where relevant.
  • Present and align solution design with key stakeholders, including account management, delivery, product management, and R&D.
  • Collaborate with account management to ensure additional business development opportunities are documented and prioritized.
  • Alert Account Manager of potential risks to deal closure.
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in technology consulting, data/analytics roles, digital product roles, or pre‑sales/sales engineering.
  • Strong customer‑facing presales responsibilities.
  • Digital and AI‑driven solution design experience.
  • Strong digital fluency and an AI mindset.
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate in complex environments.
  • Passion for technology‑driven problem solving.
