Project Manager – Residential Construction

Location: Bedico Creek Subdivision | Madisonville, LA

Alvarez Construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential construction in our Bedico Creek subdivision in Madisonville. This role is ideal for a driven, organized construction professional who takes pride in building quality homes, running tight schedules, and working collaboratively with trade partners and internal teams.

We are a production homebuilder focused on quality, accountability, and customer experience. Our Project Managers are trusted leaders who own their projects from start to finish and play a critical role in delivering homes on time, on budget, and built right the first time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of residential home construction from start to close
  • Maintain and execute construction schedules
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers
  • Perform quality control inspections throughout the build process
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, warranty, and customers
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays and rework
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and local codes
  • Participate in walkthroughs, orientations, and final inspections as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of residential construction or project management experience preferred
