Position Summary:

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for maintaining equipment to operate in the safest and most productive condition, troubleshooting, monitoring, adjusting, and repairing manufacturing equipment and machinery throughout AAE.

The following are the essential job functions:

  • Work with electrical motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
  • Repair, install, adjust, modify, and service all equipment.
  • Evaluate equipment reliability and take actions to improve performance.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of heavy machinery safety (LOTO)
  • Minimum of three years of experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Skilled and experienced in the areas of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, basic welding and Rigging.
  • Ability to use a programmable logic controller (PLC) for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Complete work orders in a safe manner.
  • Perform preventative maintenance.
  • Ability to learn our manufacturing processes.

Working Environment:

  • Comfortable in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment or parts that weigh up to 50 pounds.
