We’re growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Aluminum Welder / Fabricator who wants to do meaningful, top-tier work, earn a

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Precision Fabrication: Fit, shape, form, and weld high-strength marine-grade aluminum components for custom new boat builds from the keel up.

  • Blueprint Execution: Read and work directly off 2D blueprints, schematics, and structural drawings to execute precise layout and fit-ups.

  • Quality & Integrity: Conduct self-inspections to ensure every weld meets structural marine standards—because real lives depend on your work.

  • Refits & Custom Builds: Assist with vessel modifications, structural refits, and repowers using specialized aluminum repair techniques.

  • Shop Excellence: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace while collaborating across teams to keep builds moving on schedule.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on aluminum welding and metal fabrication. (Direct experience in boat building, shipyards, or heavy aluminum fabrication is a massive plus).

  • Welding Expertise: Proven, high-level proficiency in Aluminum MIG Welding (GMAW / Spool Gun / Pulse).

  • Full-Scope Fabrication Skills: You don't just weld—you can measure, cut, prep, bend, fit, and line up complex parts accurately.

  • Technical Literacy: Ability to read and translate 2D blueprints, marine schematics, and technical drawings.

  • The Basics: Ability to perform basic shop math (decimals & fractions) and pass an on-site practical weld/fab test (layout, prep, fit-up, and weld quality).

  • Tools of the Trade: Must bring your standard personal hand tools (die grinder, basic fab tools, welding hood, etc.).

  • Safety & Attitude: A clean-work mindset, respect for safety protocols, and standard PPE use.
