Applications Team Lead
Active security clearance required.
Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking an Applications Team Lead to support PL ALTESS at Radford Army Ammunition Plant, VA, under Task Area 4 - Application Management. The lead drives DevSecOps-based delivery across multiple ALTESS-hosted applications and manages QA, Agile execution, and project budgets.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Lead DevSecOps-based application delivery across the ALTESS portfolio.
โ€ข Run Agile ceremonies and manage QA/testing across multiple projects.
โ€ข Own budgets, schedule, and deliverables across the application team.
โ€ข Coordinate with Middleware and Database leads on integrated releases.
Required Qualifications
โ€ข 3+ years DevSecOps experience.
โ€ข 3+ years Agile development processes and tooling.
โ€ข 3+ years QA application testing.
โ€ข 3+ years managing budgets across multiple application projects.
โ€ข Active SECRET clearance.
โ€ข U.S. Citizenship.
Desired Qualifications
โ€ข Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist.
โ€ข PMP Certification.
โ€ข Experience with Army RMF application authorizations.
โ€ข Familiarity with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
