Campus Coordinator (Carrollton, TX, Full-Time)

Texas Sports Academy Main

Dallas, TX • On-site

Full-time

Job description

Texas Sports Academy is a K-12 school designed for serious student-athletes who want both elite academics and high-level athletic development. Students cover 2x the material in just 2 hours a day, using the same 2-Hour Learning model as Alpha Schools. That frees up their entire afternoon for serious training, where they work alongside former pro and D1 athletes coaching them at the highest standard.

We are hiring a Campus Coordinator to run the day-to-day operations of our Carrollton campus. You keep the building running: compliance is met, supplies are stocked, schoolwide communication to parents goes out on time, and the campus actually feels like a good place to spend the day. You are the person who makes sure the small stuff is handled so the academic and athletic team can focus on the kids.

What You'll Do
  • Run Daily Campus Operations: Own the day-to-day rhythm of the campus. Open and close, keep spaces functional, and handle whatever comes up so the day runs smoothly for students and staff.
  • Manage Compliance Requirements: Track and complete the compliance items the campus needs to stay in good standing. Keep clean records and know where every document lives.
  • Coordinate Schoolwide Parent Communication: Send scheduled updates, calendar reminders, and event announcements to the full parent community. Partner with the Dean of Parents on messaging and timing.
  • Order and Manage Supplies: Keep the campus stocked with what students, coaches, and staff need. Manage vendors, track spend, and stay ahead of shortages.
  • Support Events and Community Moments: Help run parent nights, tours, tournaments, and community events. Handle the logistics so the moment lands.
  • Create a Welcoming Environment: Take pride in how the campus looks, feels, and functions. Bring energy and warmth to the space so students actually want to be here.

Requirements

  • Operations or Coordinator Experience: You have two to four years running operations, front office, or coordinator work at a school, gym, studio, medical office, hospitality venue, or similar high-touch environment.
  • Strong Organizer: You keep clean systems, track many open items at once, and do not drop things. You can build a checklist and actually work it.
  • Comfortable With Compliance and Paperwork: You are not intimidated by forms, records, or regulatory requirements. You know how to close the loop.
  • Good Communicator: You write clear emails to parents and staff, and you can talk to a vendor, a parent, or a coach without changing your tone too much.
  • Warm and Resourceful: You bring a good attitude, notice what needs doing, and figure out how to get it done without a lot of hand-holding.
  • Location and Setup: Based at our Carrollton, TX campus full-time, with occasional work at our Parker campus. U.S. work authorization required.
Bonus Points
  • School or Youth Program Background: You have worked at a school, camp, or youth program and understand how a campus runs.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish): You can communicate with Spanish-speaking families and vendors directly.
  • Comfortable With Modern Tools: You are quick with Google Workspace, messaging tools, and light spreadsheet work.
  • Event Coordination Experience: You have run events, tournaments, or community gatherings before.
