About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Estate Cleaner to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation across the property. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is proactive, and thrives in a setting where discretion, consistency, and service excellence are essential.
What You'll Do
Primary Cleaning Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain common areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, shared spaces, offices, and entryways.
  • Tidy rooms, clean floors, dust, sanitize surfaces, and restock toiletries, towels, and amenities.
  • Perform laundry tasks daily: wash, dry, fold, and iron linens.
  • Maintain lanais and outdoor-use areas in a presentable condition.
  • Ensure all rooms are restored to standard after use.
  • Support both routine and deep-cleaning projects.

Secondary Responsibilities
  • Assist with set-up and breakdown for events as needed.
  • Manage light operational tasks such as turning on/off appliances, lights, and equipment.
  • Notify the Estate Assistant when supplies are low and prepare restock lists.
  • Ensure cleaning equipment is stored properly and maintained in good working order.
