Compensation: $30/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays

What You'll Do Every Day
  • Operate company trucks safely and efficiently across multiple job sites

  • Pick up materials from vendors (e.g., Home Depot) and deliver them to crews

  • Load, secure, and unload freight in compliance with safety procedures

  • Support job sites by assisting with general labor, material handling, and cleanup

  • Help remove construction debris and transport it to appropriate dumpster/disposal areas

  • Maintain vehicle condition reports and perform basic inspections

  • Communicate clearly with dispatchers, project supervisors, and team leads

  • Represent AlohaHP with professionalism both on the road and at every site


What We're Looking For
  • Valid CDL (Class A or B)

  • Valid DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner's Certificate)

  • Clean driving record with current driver's license

  • Minimum 2 years of professional driving and/or warehouse experience

  • Able to lift and carry 25+ lbs consistently, and up to 70 lbs as needed

  • Familiarity with Oahu roadways and basic delivery logistics

  • Strong communication skills and a reliable, team-focused mindset

  • Forklift or heavy equipment operation experience is a plus, but not required


Safety Is Our Priority

AlohaHP enforces strict safety protocols. All drivers must arrive fully equipped with their own PPE, including:

  • Hard hat

  • High-visibility long sleeve shirt

  • Long work pants

  • Steel-toe boots

  • Safety gloves and glasses

  • Back support (if needed)

Phone use while driving is strictly prohibited, and adherence to all road safety regulations is required at all times.
