We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 425 N. Western Ave. location in Peoria, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

  • Manage and supervise staff during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management and maintaining a clean, organized environment
  • Interact with customers, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction
  • Answer phones and process orders efficiently
  • Assist in training and developing team members
  • Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve store goals and improve performance
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling and reporting
  • Assist with lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds when necessary
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or food service environment
  • Strong math and problem-solving skills for effective money management and decision-making
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively
