Job Description:  

The Configuration Analyst is responsible for providing technical services and processes to meet client needs. The position involves daily interaction with clients and team members to execute service delivery and to address any 

issues and concerns. 

  • Provide configuration services using Configuration Center for NCR's Aloha product suite, including Aloha Quick Service, Aloha Table Service and MenuLink. 
  • Execute configuration changes to Aloha products in response to new client promotions, pricing changes, or other updates that directly affect the in-store operation of the Point-of-Sale system. 
  • Execute configuration changes to MenuLink back-office software in response to a client's supply-chain or labor-management related updates. 
  • Serve as subject matter expert to clients and team members with respect to their given Aloha solution, its configuration, and its implementation. 
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise from clients and other team members and escalate appropriately. 
  • Maintain responsibility for the execution of project plans. 
  • Be able to work in a diverse team including individuals of various technical and process skill levels. 
  • Identify areas for internal process improvement. 
  • Serve as a backfill for other team members during peak times or when staff availability is minimal. 
  • Other job related duties as assigned. 
Qualifications

Basic Qualification:

  • Applies research, information gathering and analysis skills to factual information; role absolutely requires analytical problem solving skills 
  • Completes role appropriate database and / or tool training required for Aloha Enterprise product suite including Configuration Center and MenuLink 
  • Develops design knowledge of Aloha Enterprise products and of brand/customer specific solutions that have been implemented 
  • Develops some working knowledge of Aloha hosted solution infrastructure and systems 
  • Maintains a working knowledge of appropriate NCR and PS systems and tools 

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience with the configuration or management of Point-of-Sale systems 
  • Experience with supply chain management or labor management applications
  • Hospitality experience within a leading food service organization 
  • Previous experience with Radiant products (Aloha, MenuLink, Insight, etc
