As a Lead Conversion Specialist / Insurance Sales Professional, you will play a key role in growing a local Allstate agency by converting incoming leads into loyal customers, engaging new prospects, and building strong relationships in the community. You will apply your sales expertise and insurance knowledge to help customers understand the value of coverage while cultivating long-term relationships through trusted advice.
Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals by converting inbound and outbound leads into new business and cross-selling existing customers 
  •  Identify, qualify, and actively follow up on leads generated from multiple sources 
  •  Effectively manage and nurture the sales pipeline to maximize conversion rates 
  •  Help protect customers by offering Allstate products tailored to their needs 
  •  Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties 
  •  Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets 
  •  Provide a positive and professional customer experience throughout the sales journey 
Job Qualifications
  • Strong drive to build a career in sales; proven success in sales or lead conversion is an asset 
  • No prior insurance experience required—sales mindset is key 
  • Willingness to obtain required Property & Casualty and Life licenses upon hire (existing licenses are a strong asset) 
  •  Highly motivated, confident self-starter who thrives working independently within a local agency in Clinton Township, MI
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline, consistently follow up, and close opportunities 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on influencing and results
