This hybrid role combines customer service and sales, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships while also being rewarded for performance.
You’ll work with both existing customers and prospective clients, providing excellent service while identifying opportunities to improve coverage and strengthen client relationships.
What You’ll Do
• Assist existing clients with policy updates, billing questions, endorsements, and coverage reviews
 • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
 • Identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage that better protects clients
 • Follow up with prospective clients and warm leads
 • Support agency growth through both service excellence and sales opportunities

What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
 • A service-first mindset with the ability to recognize sales opportunities
 • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
 • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
 • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
 • Bilingual Spanish is a plus (not required)
Insurance License (Property & Casualty or Personal Lines) preferred, but we will support the right candidate in obtaining their license.
