Job description

Insurance Sales Agent / Producer – Allstate Insurance Agency

$100K–$160K Total Compensation (Base + Commission)

Competitive base salary. Realistic on-target earnings: $100,000 – $160,000 with commissions. Signing bonus available. Additional Experience Bonus for candidates with Allstate, State Farm, or Farmers experience.

Join our fast-growing Allstate Insurance agency located in Van Alstyne, TX! We are looking for a motivated, licensed Insurance Sales Producer who is ready to build a rewarding career.

If you love helping families and businesses protect what matters most — and you want to get paid what you're worth — this is your opportunity with Allstate's trusted products (Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and more).

Leads Are Our Problem, Not Yours

Most agencies expect their producers to generate 100% of their own business. We invest heavily in marketing so you can focus on what you do best — selling and closing.

Our agency provides:

  • Live, real-time transferred leads
  • Internet leads from active shoppers
  • Direct mail campaigns targeting our local market
  • Walk-in traffic and inbound calls from our local presence

You'll spend your time quoting and closing — not begging friends and family for referrals or cold-calling from a purchased list.

What You'll Earn

  • Competitive base salary (based on experience)
  • Generous uncapped commission plan — the more you sell, the more you make
  • Signing bonus for the right candidate
  • Special "Experience Bonus" for candidates with prior Allstate, State Farm, or Farmers experience

Your Responsibilities

  • Prospect, quote, and close new personal lines insurance policies (auto, home, renters, life, etc.)
  • Conduct thorough client needs assessments and provide expert coverage recommendations
  • Cross-sell and round out existing accounts to maximize protection and client retention
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with fast quote turnaround and positive online reviews
  • Build relationships in the community to generate referrals
  • Follow up on leads and marketing-generated prospects

What We're Looking For

  • Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (required)
  • Life & Health license preferred
  • Previous insurance sales or agency experience preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive, team-player attitude
  • Experience with Allstate, State Farm, or Farmers is a big plus (Experience Bonus applies!)

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Real work-life balance
  • Top-tier Allstate products and carrier support
  • Aggressive compensation package with no income ceiling
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • Fun, supportive agency culture focused on growth

What You Won't Find Here

  • "Unlimited earning potential" with no real path to get there
  • A revolving door of undervalued agents
  • Corporate red tape — this is a locally owned Allstate agency where your work is seen and rewarded

Benefits

  • Aggressive commission structure designed to hit $150K+ for strong performers
  • Work from home options available for strong performers
  • Strong marketing investment — you sell, we generate the leads
  • Ongoing training and mentorship
  • Career growth opportunity as the agency expands

Ready to earn more while helping people in the Van Alstyne / Sherman / McKinney area?

Apply today! We are interviewing immediately and will move fast for the right producer.

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule
  • Paid time off
  • Parental leave
  • Work from home

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Van Alstyne, TX 75495

Company Description

Beth Coleman Allstate is a locally owned Allstate agency serving Van Alstyne, Sherman, McKinney, and the surrounding North Texas area.

Beth spent 11 years as the operational backbone of one of the top 5 highest-producing Allstate agencies in the entire country — overseeing everything from sales and service to staffing and client retention. That experience gave her a front-row seat to what makes an elite agency run and what holds others back.

Now she's taken that knowledge and built her own agency, anchored by a substantial existing book of business and backed by aggressive marketing spend including live leads, internet leads, and direct mail. The foundation is already in place — the clients, the systems, the carrier support. What we're adding now is the right team to grow it.

If you're looking for an agency that combines the energy of something new with the stability of real experience, you're in the right place.
