Through dealership acquisitions and business growth we are in need of quality individuals to staff our corporate and dealership needs. The World Class Automotive Group seeks individuals that have the highest level of integrity, a stable work history, a commitment to relentless customer satisfaction and a desire for a long term profitable career.

Allstate at Prestige Ford Garland is looking for a full time Sales Producer of retail insurance products including Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, etc. Candidates must be self-motivated and efficient with selling and quoting and must have an excellent phone voice and demeanor with excellent communication and written skills along with a positive attitude and healthy work ethic. We offer a base salary plus commission.


Duties may typically include
:

  • Cross-selling existing customers with other Allstate products
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals
  • Generating quotes
  • Conducting policy reviews & updating policies
  • Processing payments & reporting claims
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Relationship building
  • Other Duties as Required or Assigned

Requirements:

Licensed P&C Agent

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
Computer literate
Confident, self-starter who works well independently
Must have ability to multi-task
Must love sales
Must be organized
Must work well with others in small office environment
Must have positive attitude
Must possess strong work ethic
